3. Payment Policy

Clients engaging SM Digital Works for any project agree to follow the below payment structure unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

• 20% of the total payment is due at the time of project confirmation.
• 50% of the total payment is due once 50% of the project is completed.
• 75% of the total payment is due when 75% of the project work is completed.
• 100% of the total payment must be made before the final deployment or handover of the project.

All payments are to be made through approved payment methods only. Delay in payment may result in suspension or delay of ongoing work until outstanding balances are cleared.

4. Refund Policy

SM Digital Works values customer satisfaction and offers a fair refund policy based on the project’s progress:

• If cancellation occurs within 2 days of payment or when less than 10% of the work has been completed — 95% refund will be provided.
• If cancellation occurs within 1 week of payment or when up to 20% of the work has been completed — 80% refund will be provided.
• When 50% of the work has been completed — 50% refund will be provided.
• Once 80% or more of the work is completed, no refund will be applicable as significant development effort and resources will have been invested.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

5. Third-Party Links
